HOMEMADE GRANOLA

RECIPE

1 Cup oats or spelled flakes

1 Cup different crushed nuts (I took almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts)

1 Cup chopped dried fruits (I took raisins, dates, figs)

1/4 Cup Chia Seeds

1 Cup Popped Quinoa

5 Spoons Coconut Oil

3 Spoons agave syrup

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Mix the last 4 ingredients (If the coconut oil isn’t already liquid, heat it) and mix them together with the oats & the nuts. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake for 5-8 minutes, until it’s very lightly toasted. Then add the dried fruits and the chia seeds for another 5 minutes. Add the popped quinoa at the end. These ingredients and measurements are flexible, don’t worry too much about being exact. Enjoy!
